Are our football shirts authentic?

We guarantee the authenticity of all the shirts sold on our website. 

Each shirt is carefully and thoroughly inspected, and we pay particular attention to the examination of every detail (emblem, logo, positioning of them, seams, quality of the fabric, etc.).

In addition, each shirt has an individual code which is also checked and guarantees the authenticity of our products. We only put on sale shirts that have been fully checked and validated. If there is any doubt, the item will not be for sale on our website.

 

Are our football shirts new?

Some may be. The condition of our shirts is indicated in their description. 

We try to offer only shirts in excellent condition, whether they are new or not. In addition, each shirt is washed before it is published on our website.

It should be added that if we notice the slightest defect, we describe it in the product description. 

 

How long does it take to ship your order?

To any delivery time, a maximum of 48 hours of preparation by the logistician should be added (working days). All orders are therefore sent within 48 hours of their confirmation.

The delivery time then depends on the carrier chosen.

You will receive a confirmation of purchase and shipment, containing the tracking number of your order.

 

From which country is your order sent?

Our products are sent from mainland France. Parcels to Switzerland are sent from Switzerland, due to the proximity of our office to Switzerland.

We can deliver our products worldwide.

Depending on your country of residence, items may be subject to customs charges when entering other countries. Any customs duties, clearance, taxes, or transportation costs must be paid by the recipient, and we accept no responsibility for these costs.

We are unable to advise what the thresholds and rates are for other countries, as these are determined by the respective governments and can vary significantly from country to country and even from item to item. If additional costs are incurred during delivery, our carrier will contact you to arrange payment.

 

Is it possible to return a purchase?

Yes, it is possible. To do so, please send us an e-mail to the following address: (contact@aurafootballshirts.com) within 14 days of receiving the order, stating your order number. You will then receive an acknowledgment of your withdrawal.

Once this e-mail has been sent, the article must be returned to us within 14 days, in its original condition and complete. The return costs are at the buyer's expense. 

You can request a refund or credit on our website in the form of a voucher.

Once the return has been validated, if you opt for a refund, you will be refunded through the payment method used at the time of purchase within 14 open days. The refund includes the price of the item and the cost of shipping the purchase. Any additional costs paid by the buyer who chose a more expensive method of delivery or shipment remain at his expense. 

 

Do we buy your shirts?

Of course! We are very interested in them. Just contact us via the form available in the heading "Sell your shirts" (in the central menu) and make sure to attach pictures of the shirts and of the inside tags containing their code. 

We will then contact you. 

 

How to take care of your shirts?

We recommend hand or machine washing at a maximum of 30° Celsius. We recommend that you apply a small amount of washing-up liquid to any stains before turning the shirts over and putting them in the machine.  

If you wish to keep your shirts longer, in the best possible condition, and without damage, we recommend that you wear them occasionally and not use them for sports activities, for example. Our shirts are collector's items that should be kept and used with care. 

Aura Football Shirts cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during the washing and care of the shirts.
